Al-Raya Youth Gathering
A national coalition aims to establish a youth base striving to fulfill the aspirations and hopes of young people, integrating them into political life, and actively participating in achieving comprehensive reform and national development to uplift society and the state. It was founded in 2024 in the city of Misrata. The Youth Banner Coalition was established to achieve leadership and an active role for youth by developing their political, cultural, and legal capabilities, and enabling them to work and contribute in various fields to build and develop the Libyan society. It was also founded to create a broad base of active youth elites who believe in democracy, peace, and the rejection of violence. This youth coalition seeks to align its ambitions and goals with key areas of work, based on solid values and a clear mission. The coalition aims to be an effective platform to empower youth to realize their potential and make a positive impact on their community.

Setting Achievable SMART Goals: The coalition establishes specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals in key areas of work. These goals are derived from an analysis of community needs and its future vision.
Spreading an Inspiring Message: The coalition carries a clear message that expresses its ambitions and vision for the future. This message is disseminated through the coalition’s activities and various initiatives.
Enhancing Values: The coalition instills core values such as teamwork, responsibility, justice, and respect. These values guide the behaviors of the coalition members and inspire their decisions.
